In November, GS Construction will launch the Xi brand apartment 'Naju Station Xi River Park' in Naju, Jeollanam-do.
This complex is attracting attention from buyers as it will be a large-scale development with over 1,500 households. Naju Station Xi River Park is planned to consist of 18 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 32 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,554 units sized between 59 and 179㎡.
Additionally, this complex will be the largest in Naju City and is planned to be the tallest building in the city, drawing significant attention. High-end community facilities such as a sky lounge and an on-site CGV cinema will also be developed within the complex.
The excellent location of Naju Station Xi River Park is also noteworthy. As a station-area complex, KTX Naju Station is within walking distance. From Naju Station, Gwangju Songjeong Station is about 10 minutes away, and Seoul Yongsan Station and Suseo Station can be reached in about 2 hours. Nearby roads such as Bitgaram-ro and National Route 13 allow for quick vehicle access to the Innovation City and Gwangju. Major convenience facilities in downtown Naju, including Lotte Mart (Naju branch), Naju City Hall, Naju Court, Naju Tax Office, Naju Culture and Arts Center, and Naju Comprehensive Sports Park, are all located within approximately 1 km, making daily life convenient.
The complex also offers a pleasant environment. Adjacent to the Yeongsan River, it boasts excellent views and a comfortable living environment. To the west of the complex lies the foothills of Geumseong Mountain, and the Yeongsan River flows to the south, creating a pleasant residential environment. Some buildings offer views of the Yeongsan River.
Various regional developments are planned, promising additional benefits. On September 1, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport designated the 780,791㎡ area of Songwol-dong, Naju City, as the Naju Bitgaram Energy Cluster Investment Leading District, a positive development. The Investment Leading District is a regional development project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport aimed at fostering growth hubs with development potential and activating private investment by discovering and nurturing strategic projects with significant economic ripple effects.
The Naju Bitgaram Energy Cluster will be developed as a new growth hub with mixed functions including commercial, business, and leisure culture, linked to KTX Naju Station. The development period is until 2025. Centered around the expanded KTX Naju Station, the area will include energy innovation startup towns, energy experience parks, sports parks, and energy research and business facilities, as well as energy industry, commercial, tourism, and cultural facilities.
The transportation environment will also be enhanced. In August, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport selected the Gwangju-Naju metropolitan railway as a leading project in the 4th National Railroad Network Plan. The Gwangju-Naju metropolitan railway will invest a total of 1.5235 trillion KRW to build a 28.1 km railway connecting Gwangju Sangmu Station, Naju Innovation City, and Naju Station.
A sales official stated, “Since there has been no supply of large construction company brand apartments in the Naju area until now, there is great local anticipation for Naju Station Xi River Park, which applies the large construction company ‘Xi’ brand. In addition to the brand’s rarity, the complex symbolizes the tallest and largest-scale development in Naju, and it will become a landmark complex representing Naju.”
Meanwhile, the model house and promotional center for Naju Station Xi River Park are currently open.
