Hyosung ITX was established in May 1997 to provide contact center services and was listed on the stock market in October 2007, commencing trading on the KOSPI market.
The company’s operations are divided into contact center services, IT division, display solutions division, financial (insurance) product sales through its subsidiary ITX Marketing, and social welfare and business support services provided by Haengbok Doodreumi.
It is an affiliate of the corporate group (Hyosung Group) defined under Article 2 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, qualifying it as a large enterprise.
Its market capitalization is 262.4 billion KRW, ranking 542nd on the KOSPI.
