The yarn is prepared in various types to choose from depending on the product being made. Thick acrylic yarn is suitable for knitting items like knitwear or scarves. Microfiber dishcloth yarn has excellent absorbency and wringing ability, making it ideal for making dishcloths, coasters, hairpins, and more. Thin microfiber yarn is thin and soft, good for using multiple strands together, and useful for knitting small parts such as the fingers of gloves.
Knitting needles on offer include tapestry needles, crochet hooks, and circular needles. Additionally, bag handles and knitted bag bottoms for making knitting bags are also sold.
A Daiso official said, "Knitting as a hobby allows you to enjoy the pleasure of making things by hand and the joy of giving gifts at the same time," adding, "We plan to continue presenting various special exhibitions that everyone can enjoy."
