[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] It has been revealed that one of the victims of the multi-billion-won planned real estate fraud case that occurred in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do is singer Taeyeon, while comedian Ahn Su-mi has completely denied allegations that she was involved in the real estate fraud.

Earlier on the 28th, YTN reported that a planned real estate group deceived buyers by selling land designated as 'protected forest land' under the Forest Conservation Act?land that is virtually undevelopable?as development sites, causing damages amounting to 250 billion won.

According to the report, the planned real estate group mobilized a famous comedian who passed KBS public recruitment as a salesperson to attract investments from wealthy individuals, with the number of victims reaching as many as 3,000. The police have booked four representatives of the affiliated companies of the planned real estate group on charges of fraud under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes and violations of the Farmland Act, and are currently investigating.

Following the report, Ten Asia revealed that the famous comedian involved in the fraud is Ahn Su-mi, a comedian from the 6th KBS public recruitment class who is currently working in the real estate industry, and that the victim is Girls' Generation's Taeyeon.

Regarding this, Ahn Su-mi posted on her blog, "Did I deceive people by claiming to have undisclosed development information and commit fraud? If you look at my posts, you will see that even we do not know undisclosed development information, so I suggest paying attention to various signals. If you can read those signals, your investment will succeed. Just by looking at the Korean Electronic Official Gazette and Ministry of Land press releases, you can see where land prices will rise," she expressed.

She continued, "They portrayed me as if I took the lead in approaching wealthy individuals and participated in a 250 billion won fraud, but if that were true, I would be driving a Lamborghini now. I don't have many wealthy clients. I feel conflicted after being subjected to malicious reports. If I had scammed 3,000 people out of 250 billion won, I would have fled overseas and been living well by now. Why would I be blogging about land investments?"

She added, "I will file a complaint with the Press Arbitration Commission against the media. I feel good waking up as a star. I was never a famous comedian, but I am very pleased to have been made into one," she said.

Also, denying that she ever met Taeyeon, Ahn Su-mi stated, "Due to reporters' interview requests and the constant sharing of my posts, I will close my blog temporarily until this matter is resolved," and temporarily shut down her blog.

Meanwhile, when speculation about speculation arose, Taeyeon explained on her SNS, "Why would I be crazy enough to speculate?" and added, "My wish was to secure a home for my family and to create a spot just for my family, which was my dream."

She further stated, "With my family's consent, my parents personally confirmed everything with their own eyes, moved forward with the same dream as me, and made decisions. I ask for restraint from misunderstandings, guesses, and groundless speculation," she urged.
