[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Sofitel Ambassador Seoul announced on the 28th that it will hold a tasting event called 'Vin ? Latitude' every Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM at the rooftop bar 'Latitude32' until the third week of December, where guests can enjoy a variety of wines.
At the 'Vin ? Latitude' event, guests can taste unlimited wines that are showcased weekly. They can also enjoy French-inspired gourmet dishes that pair well with the wines. The hotel stated, "To make the journey of finding the perfect wine more engaging for each attendee, sommeliers and wine experts will be present on-site," adding, "Guests can experience a diverse selection of wines that are not available on the market and purchase them at special prices only on the day of the event."
On the last Thursday of every month, a special event called 'Monthly Natural' featuring distinctive natural wines is held. The October event falls on this day.
The venue, 'Latitude32,' is a rooftop bar located on the 32nd floor, the top floor of Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. With a space-themed concept, it offers an atmosphere of traveling through space along with views of the city nightscape.
A representative from Sofitel Ambassador Seoul said, "'Vin ? Latitude' was planned with the hope that guests will have a meaningful time discovering their personal preferences while tasting over 500 carefully selected wines from across France," adding, "We plan to continue offering various food and beverage events to provide differentiated experiences as a French luxury hotel."
