Under this agreement, CJ ENM will make an investment in Completion Korea and plans to expand the scope of investment in line with future business expansion. CJ ENM will support marketing by utilizing various infrastructures such as its own media and content.
A CJ ENM representative stated, "As part of strengthening ESG management, CJ ENM positively reviewed Completion Korea regarding investment in eco-friendly brands and decided to invest, judging that there is sufficient growth potential. Starting with this investment contract, CJ ENM plans to actively support both marketing and sales of Completion Korea's brands through various channels owned by CJ ENM."
Hong Seungwoo, CEO of Completion Korea, said, "We are very pleased to work with CJ ENM, which shares the common goal of being an eco-friendly and socially responsible company. Through this strategic investment contract with CJ ENM, we will actively cooperate to help Completion Korea and its brands grow further in terms of recognition and scale. We expect that Serumkind and Surebase, which are gaining popularity among consumers interested in clean beauty, will expand their public recognition and grow into global major brands through this investment contract and marketing collaboration with CJ ENM," he explained.
Meanwhile, Completion Korea provides OBM services covering the entire brand lifecycle, from brand consulting to product strategy, design management, and product supply.
