Shinhan Life Expands Healthcare Sector with Korea University Medical Center Shinhan Life announced on the 27th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with Korea University Medical Center for the development of healthcare solutions.


[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Shinhan Life announced on the 27th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with Korea University Medical Center to develop healthcare solutions.


They plan to jointly develop digital healthcare solutions through research and technology exchange for the utilization and analysis of health data, and provide customers with customized solutions such as motivation for health improvement and financial benefits.


Shinhan Life will form a task force team (TFT) with professors and researchers from the Department of Family Medicine at Korea University Anam Hospital, the Department of Medical Statistics at the College of Medicine, and the Applied Neurofunction Research Laboratory at the College of Health Sciences, Korea University, to jointly conduct research for the development of digital healthcare solutions.


Sung Dae-gyu, CEO of Shinhan Life, said, "Future insurance will expand not only post-service but also preventive services that manage health," adding, "By taking a step closer to future insurance, we will provide differentiated customer experiences and services based on health."
