According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, from dawn until 10 a.m., dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters will form mainly in inland areas, similar to the previous day. In areas other than inland, fog with visibility less than 1 km may occur.

In the early morning, light rain will fall in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo region, and northern Chungcheong region due to the influence of a pressure trough. However, the rainfall duration will be very short, about 1 to 2 hours, and the precipitation amount is expected to be less than 5 mm.

In areas where rain falls, slightly strong winds with speeds of 4 to 9 m/s are expected.

The morning temperature will rise by about 2 to 6 degrees compared to the 26th, recording around 7 to 13 degrees Celsius. The daytime high temperature is expected to be similar to the 26th, around 17 to 22 degrees Celsius.

Thunder and lightning may occur over the East Sea on this day. Due to swell, high waves may strongly surge toward the coast along the East Coast and Jeju coast.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, and Daegu, while other regions will have 'normal' levels.
