[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Byung-nae) will recruit participants for the ‘Tteok & Bo Experience’ program of the Family Love Experience Camp starting from the 27th.
Nam-gu will recruit ten families consisting of children and parents on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications for participation can be submitted through the Nam-gu Culture and Education Event app.
The program will be held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Nam-gu Lifelong Learning Center on the basement first floor of the Bongseon-dong Youth Library from the 7th to the 28th of next month, and the tuition fee is free.
Participants will engage in making watermelon tteok, kitty tteok, anggeum flower cupcakes, and art projects using bojagi (traditional Korean wrapping cloth).
