[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] The Central Park Disabled Walking Trail Environment Improvement Promotion Committee (Representative Go Gi-dam) announced on the 25th that they have submitted a petition for the installation of soil and dust removal air guns on the Central Park disabled walking trail.
Councilor Kim Tae-jin of Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, also participated in this petition submission.
The Central Park disabled walking trail, located behind Bityeoulchae in Geumho 1-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, is a highly frequented resting place for residents.
This area is known for its good accessibility and pleasant green environment, attracting hundreds of residents daily.
However, since soil and dust removal air guns have not been installed, residents using this trail have been returning home immediately, causing ongoing difficulties in hygiene management.
Ms. Tak Mi-sook, a resident of Geumho-dong, said, “The installation was delayed due to location and budget reasons, but I hope that with the installation of air guns, a pleasant walking trail will be created.”
Councilor Kim Tae-jin stated, “We will work together with the autonomous district to ensure that convenience facilities are installed in Central Park, which is used by hundreds of people daily.”
