Sempio Launches 'Mara Shabu-Shabu Broth'

Sempio has introduced various pouch-type broth products that allow even cooking beginners to enjoy restaurant-quality soup dishes at home. The new product, 'Mala Shabu-Shabu Broth,' combines the spicy and numbing flavor characteristic of mala with the smooth umami taste of beef bone broth.

The company explained, "In China, people generally only eat the solid ingredients from the soup, so they focus on the strong and stimulating mala aroma. However, domestic consumers prefer a deep and rich flavor that is good for sipping the broth, so we reflected these consumer preferences."
