'Clean Cycle' Campaign: Over 70 Employees from Headquarters and Cheongju Plant Participate in Local Community Environmental Cleanup Activities

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Clean Nara, a comprehensive paper company, announced on the 25th that more than 70 executives and employees participated in relay environmental cleanup activities as part of the 'Clean Cycle' campaign.
Clean Cycle is a representative CSR campaign conducted under Clean Nara's management goal of strengthening ESG management, consisting of resource circulation and sharing circulation activities.
On the 14th, about 50 executives and employees of the Cheongju plant conducted activities such as picking up trash and removing invasive plants (such as Cissus and Ambrosia artemisiifolia) along the roads near the plant and Miho Stream to improve the environment and water quality. A week later, on the 21st, about 20 executives and employees at the headquarters carried out relay environmental cleanup activities by conducting 'Weed Ssok Ssok' (weed removal) activities for the green fortress of Seoul Forest.
Clean Nara operates regular in-house volunteer programs so that all employees can practice environmental and social values in their daily lives, and practices sharing and volunteering for the local community under thorough quarantine rules for voluntary applicants.
A Clean Nara official said, "We are making company-wide efforts to recognize and practice environmental protection as an important value," adding, "We will continue to carry out environmental protection activities to create a healthy and clean world."
