Sponsored by the Financial Supervisory Service and the Korea Financial Investment Association, and hosted by Yeongdeungpo-gu, this conference was held to confirm the current status of Yeouido International Financial District amid changes in the global financial order after the COVID-19 pandemic and the paradigm shift to digital finance, and to establish more proactive and feasible promotion strategies.
Under the theme "Changes in the Global Financial Order and the Choices of Yeouido as a Financial Hub," about 40 participants from financial public and private institutions, academia, and financial workers gathered to share opinions on future development directions and strategies. All schedules were safely conducted in strict compliance with quarantine guidelines according to social distancing measures.
