On that day, Chief Im used the substation coastal rescue boat to inspect vulnerable coastal areas in Mokpo (Jangjwa, Dalli, Heosado), coastal safety facilities around Gohado sea deck, Haenam Byeolam-ri fishing area waters, Mokpo Marine Cable Car, and Mokpo Bridge piers.
Chief Im Jae-su stated, “Through inspections of vulnerable coastal areas and security sites in the jurisdiction, we will identify the terrain features of accident-prone locations and maintain a constant rapid response posture to ensure that the public can use the sea with peace of mind.”
