According to Hamyang County on the 22nd, on the 21st, about 10 people including Choi Seung-jun, mayor of Jeongseon County, Gangwon Province, and officials from the Culture and Tourism Department visited the Daebong Mountain monorail and zipline operation site.
They boarded the Daebong monorail to the mountain summit and descended by riding the zipline composed of five courses. Then, they received a briefing on the overall facilities of the Healing Valley at the Daebong Healing Valley Hall meeting room, and finally moved to Daebong Camping Land to tour the family accommodation facilities before heading back.
The officials who toured the site that day said, "It was an opportunity to visually confirm the success story of Daebongsan Healing Valley, known through various media outlets and word of mouth," adding, "In particular, the accommodation facilities and playground harmoniously established at Daebong Camping Land, where the peaks of Jirisan are visible at a glance, left a strong impression."
