Located about 100 meters in front of the east gate of Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, it is expected to be favored by residents seeking proximity to work due to its abundant living infrastructure.

The units are designed with exclusive areas of 25 to 62㎡ suitable for 1-2 person households, equipped with home automation systems, AI heating control systems, and security systems. Community facilities for residents include an open shared kitchen, fitness center, book cafe, and multiplex hall.
