[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Sokcho City, Gangwon Province announced on the 21st that it will lower the social distancing level from the existing Level 3 to Level 2 from 0:00 on the 22nd to midnight on the 31st. This measure comes as the number of confirmed cases has noticeably decreased.
With the downgrade to social distancing Level 2, the operating hours of entertainment facilities and singing practice rooms will be extended from the previous 10 PM to midnight. Restrictions on the use of outdoor tables at convenience stores and operating hours of bathhouses will also be lifted.
Private gatherings are allowed up to 10 people, including up to 4 unvaccinated individuals.
