AK Plaza will have a pre-opening on the 27th and a grand opening on the 29th at Iljik-dong, Gwangmyeong City, Gyeonggi Province, under the name ‘AK Plaza Gwangmyeong Branch’.

AK Plaza Gwangmyeong Branch is the fourth shopping mall launched by AK Plaza following the Hongdae, Giheung, and Sejong branches. The Gwangmyeong branch consists of a total of six floors, including two basement levels and four above ground. The sales area covers 46,305㎡ (approximately 14,007 pyeong), making it the largest among the shopping mall branches operated by AK Plaza.

It is located at a transportation hub where Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and KTX Gwangmyeong Station, along with five major expressways, intersect, providing excellent accessibility.

Looking at the facility composition of the Gwangmyeong branch, about 70% of the total stores are connected to customers’ daily lives, including △Experience & Entertainment △F&B (Food & Beverage) △Lifestyle Fashion △Sports & Accessories. It is also notable as the first AK Plaza branch where customers can use the facilities together with their pets.
