[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] Gwangyang City, Jeollanam-do announced on the 21st that it will operate a direct transaction market called ‘Hamkke Gajang’ to promote products of social economy enterprises in the region and open sales channels, which have been struggling due to COVID-19, at Madong Reservoir Ecological Park for two days from the 30th to 31st.
At the direct transaction market, a variety of products will be sold, including social economy enterprise products from Gwangyang such as processed maesil (green plum) products, gim bugak (seaweed crackers), and Gwangyang Makgeolli, as well as small business products like accessories, small items, and handmade snacks.
In addition, various side events such as experience programs for making oranda (Dutch candy), sprout soap, and air fresheners, busking performances, and quiz events have been prepared for citizens visiting the event.
The direct transaction market is planned to continue at the same location on November 6th and 7th.
