This complex consists of one building with 420 officetel units from basement level 6 to ground level 14 and commercial facilities within the complex. The officetel units are composed of △35㎡ 396 units △36㎡ 12 units △43㎡ 12 units by exclusive area. Storage rooms for each household will be created on basement level 4 for the residents, and various convenience facilities such as unmanned parcel lockers will also be installed. On the 2nd floor, a fitness center and a screen golf room are planned to be established.
e-Pyeonhansesang City Pungmu Station is located within a 1km radius of Pungmu Station. From Pungmu Station, it takes only two stops to reach Gimpo Airport Station, where you can transfer to Subway Lines 5 and 9 and the Airport Railroad.
The surrounding living infrastructure is also abundant. The officetel sale rights are not included in the number of houses when calculating acquisition tax. He added, "In addition, as the first e-Pyeonhansesang City brand to be built in the Gimpo Pungmu district and with relatively fewer regulations compared to apartments, it is expected to attract a lot of interest from demanders."
