[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL E&C announced on the 21st that it plans to sell 'e-Pyeonhansesang City Pungmu Station' in Pungmu-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do next month.

This complex consists of one building with 420 officetel units from basement level 6 to ground level 14 and commercial facilities within the complex. The officetel units are composed of △35㎡ 396 units △36㎡ 12 units △43㎡ 12 units by exclusive area. Storage rooms for each household will be created on basement level 4 for the residents, and various convenience facilities such as unmanned parcel lockers will also be installed. On the 2nd floor, a fitness center and a screen golf room are planned to be established.

e-Pyeonhansesang City Pungmu Station is located within a 1km radius of Pungmu Station. From Pungmu Station, it takes only two stops to reach Gimpo Airport Station, where you can transfer to Subway Lines 5 and 9 and the Airport Railroad.

The surrounding living infrastructure is also abundant. There are convenient living facilities such as Homeplus Gimpo Pungmu Branch, E-Mart Traders Gimpo Branch, No Brand Gimpo Pungmu Branch, and CGV Gimpo Branch, as well as cultural facilities like Pungmu National Sports Center and Gimpo Sports Complex nearby. No subscription savings account is required, and anyone aged 19 or older residing in the Republic of Korea can apply regardless of residence area restrictions or home ownership status. The officetel sale rights are not included in the number of houses when calculating acquisition tax. They are also not considered houses when applying for apartments, and there is no need to submit a funding plan.

A sales official said, "e-Pyeonhansesang City Pungmu Station is expected to have high future value due to convenient living facilities nearby and various development benefits such as the extension of Seoul Subway Line 5 to Gimpo and Geomdan." He added, "In addition, as the first e-Pyeonhansesang City brand to be built in the Gimpo Pungmu district and with relatively fewer regulations compared to apartments, it is expected to attract a lot of interest from demanders."
