[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Naver is launching 'Good Delivery' in collaboration with logistics platform specialist Goodsflow and Hanjin Express.

On the 20th, according to Naver, the 'Good Delivery' service jointly introduced by the three companies is characterized by reducing the burden on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in traditional markets with small delivery volumes through small-scale delivery and reasonable pricing.

Naver secured online sales channels by providing market specialties and promotions on 'Food Window' and established a dedicated offline delivery center within the market. Goodsflow is responsible for applying the invoice program and training on delivery operations. Hanjin Express improved the collection process to enhance cost savings on delivery fees.

The three companies also support the delivery of both ambient and refrigerated products to help maintain the freshness of traditional market food items.

According to Naver, the collaborative delivery support has actually helped the business growth of traditional market sellers. As a result of pilot operation of delivery support services at Gwangju Wolgok Market and Yongmun Traditional Market, the monthly shipment volume per merchant increased 3.9 times within two months. Logistics costs were reduced by 770,000 KRW over one month, and there are cases showing SME business growth effects such as daily sales increasing about 10 times due to increased sales volume.

Naver plans to support not only traditional markets but also SMEs in various sectors to enhance logistics competitiveness and expand digital business in the future.
