[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Basic6's dermo cosmetic brand ‘Skin RX Lab’ announced on the 19th that it will launch the ‘Tracera 2 types,’ a 4-step intensive whitening care product.
The two types of Tracera ampoule and cream are dual-functional cosmetics for whitening and wrinkle improvement. They inhibit the production, movement, and deposition of melanin pigment, the root cause of freckles and blemishes both on the surface and inside the skin, and also help with skin moisture.
Tracera was independently developed by Skin RX Lab by combining tranexamic acid and ceramides, which are effective for moisturizing. Niacinamide, a whitening functional ingredient designated by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, is contained at the maximum concentration of 50,000 ppm in the ampoule and 20,000 ppm in the cream. Tranexamic acid is contained at 10,000 ppm in the ampoule and 20,000 ppm in the cream.
Tracera completed a human application test showing improvement in freckles, blemishes, and melanin both on the surface and inside the skin, as well as a reduction in the melanin area and count in pigmented areas such as freckles after just 4 weeks of use. 100% of participants in the 4-week human application test were satisfied with the improvement of pigmented areas. Additionally, the product has passed skin irritation tests, making it safe for sensitive skin.
