Daishin Securities’ Mobile Trading Service (MTS) received high praise for its logical menu structure and short navigation paths, making movement convenient. Additionally, judges noted that the layout consistency and structural logic are designed for intuitive user convenience, while also securing originality.

Daishin Securities is evolving to meet customer demands arising from the predominance of online non-face-to-face investments. Daishin Securities’ MTS, ‘CREON Mobile,’ provides a trading system optimized for online financial product transactions based on outstanding IT capabilities.

Furthermore, to enhance customer convenience, Daishin Securities regularly renews the MTS across all areas including design, service, and processes. They have also established and operate a system to promptly collect customer feedback and immediately reflect it in MTS improvements.

Recently, Daishin Securities improved the account opening process and simplified banking and open banking services. By significantly reducing unnecessary information verification steps, the account opening time was shortened to within 3 minutes. Additionally, the open banking screen was integrated, allowing users to view and transfer funds from financial institution accounts linked to Daishin Securities accounts all at once from the banking home screen.

Various other services are also provided. By introducing a transfer special contract account, accounts with restricted transfer withdrawals due to difficulty issuing security media can transfer funds without security media if a special contract account is set. They also introduced a unique service called ‘Stock Gifting.’ Stock Gifting allows users to easily gift stocks they own by simply knowing the recipient’s name and contact information.

A Daishin Securities official explained, "Customers can manage their comprehensive assets themselves because they can invest in various financial products at Daishin Securities," adding, "Recently, we have built a system that allows trading of stocks listed in the US, China, Japan, and Hong Kong online, and offline trading is possible in a total of 17 countries."
