Division No.1... Praised for 'Two-Track' MTS Strategy Tailored to Customer Preferences

KB Securities ranked first in the business category at the '2021 Asia Smart Finance Awards.' It was highly evaluated for its ease of use with various information and diverse functions.

KB Securities provides its representative mobile trading system (MTS) 'M-able' to customers familiar with traditional stock investment, while offering a simpler and more convenient investment platform 'M-able mini' to beginner stock investors and the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z). This strategy aims to meet the diverse and segmented needs of customers by providing suitable MTS for each customer type.

'M-able mini' was launched last August with a simplified app structure containing only the functions and content related to stock trading, making it easy for beginners to access stocks. It has gained popularity with 100,000 downloads within three weeks of launch and surpassing 300,000 downloads in about a month.

In particular, KB Securities recently integrated 'live commerce,' which is gaining attention in the online shopping market, into stock trading. Customers can watch securities broadcasts featuring stock experts in real-time and trade the stocks mentioned in the broadcast immediately without interruption, while also engaging in real-time chat. The 'Recharge Mission Card,' which helps customers save investment funds by reducing everyday consumption, is one of the fun elements designed to attract customer interest.

The representative MTS 'M-able' is designed to allow users to access all financial services at once, including domestic stocks, overseas stocks, derivatives, bonds, funds, retirement pensions, and asset management. It is optimized for mobile to provide unique products and services suitable for non-face-to-face channels and mobile environments.

Another strength is the industry's first investment information subscription service 'Prime Club,' launched in April last year. For 10,000 KRW per month, it offers various securities broadcasts, daily stock recommendations, and comprehensive asset management including consulting with a dedicated private banker (PB). It is available on both M-able and M-able mini, and in September, a service was launched allowing real-time consultation via KakaoTalk with a personally assigned dedicated private banker (PB).
