Through the integrated account, purchase history and service usage details are managed at once, making it easy to use both the Illoom official mall and offline stores. Illoom planned the online-offline integrated membership system to reduce the hassle of having to sign up for each channel separately and to provide consumers with a better shopping environment without restrictions of time and place.
By joining the Illoom Integrated Membership, members can use linked product purchases and consultation services between online and offline channels without separate authentication for each channel through a unique member account created at the time of membership registration. In addition to a convenient shopping experience using a single ID, members can enjoy various benefits exclusive to integrated members, such as special promotions, events, and purchases of online outlet products.
To provide a more satisfying purchasing experience to integrated members, Illoom is conducting an exclusive sofa purchase promotion for integrated members until December 31. During the event period, members who purchase Illoom sofas will receive Shinsegae Department Store gift certificates worth 5% of the sofa purchase amount. Additionally, promotions based on purchase amounts will be held, offering Illoom furniture, points from Samsung Electronics' official certified dealers, LG Electronics stylers, and more depending on the purchase amount.
Illoom Integrated Membership can be registered both at offline stores and through the Illoom official mall.
