SK Ecoplant to Launch 1,215 Units of 'Hakik SK View' in Michuhol-gu, Incheon This Month Hakik SK View Bird's-eye View Rendering


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] SK Ecoplant announced on the 18th that it plans to sell 'Hakik SK View' in the area of 220 Hakik 1-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon this month.


Hakik SK View is a large complex consisting of 14 buildings with a total of 1,581 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. Among them, general sales account for 1,215 households, which is 76% of the total number of households. The number of general sale households by exclusive area is △59㎡ 844 households △74㎡ 227 households △84㎡ 144 households.


Michuhol-gu is a region attracting high interest as a new residential area in Incheon due to ongoing redevelopment projects. Redevelopment and reconstruction projects are underway in 17 locations in Michuhol-gu. In the nearby Yonghyeon-Hakik District 1 Block, a mini new town-scale urban development project with about 13,000 households is also in progress.


The living infrastructure is also abundant. The Munhak IC of the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway is located within a 5-minute drive, allowing quick access to Seoul, Seongnam, and other areas, and Incheon-daero, which connects to the Gyeongin Expressway, is also nearby. Inha University Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, which allows transfers to Line 1 and Line 4 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway and Line 1 of the Incheon Subway, is also located nearby.


Within walking distance, there are 10 schools of various levels, including Nam Incheon Middle and High School and Hakik High School, all within a 1 km radius for commuting. Facilities for leisure activities such as Michuhol Neighborhood Park, Incheon Munhak Stadium, and Incheon Asian Games Seonhak Stadium are also close by.


A sales official of Hakik SK View said, "Hakik SK View is located in the central area of Michuhol-gu, which is being reborn as a representative residential area of Incheon, so many demanders have paid attention to the vision of enjoying future value up close. The move-in for Hakik SK View is scheduled for August 2024, and the model house is located at 3 Maesohol-ro 415beon-gil, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.
