Completed first priority with a top competition rate of 175.1 to 1 (84㎡A type)
Winners announced on the 22nd, official contracts from December 6 to 11
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] The Gyeryong Construction Consortium (Gyeryong Construction, Daewoo Construction, Kumho Construction, Taeyoung Construction) announced on the 18th that the first-priority subscription for Leaders City 4BL in Cheondong 3 District, Dong-gu, Daejeon, closed with an average competition rate of 32.8 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the day, Leaders City 4BL received a total of 4,963 subscription applications for 151 households (excluding special supply) during the first-priority subscription period held from the 14th to the 15th, closing all types with an average competition rate of 32.8 to 1. The highest competition rate was recorded by the 84㎡A type, which had 1,576 applicants for 9 households, showing a competition rate of 175.1 to 1.
A sales official said, "The supply volume scheduled for this year in Daejeon was less than expected, and interest from Daejeon citizens in the units introduced this time continued even before the cyber model house opened. Considering the rarity of the large complex with over 3,000 households, excellent location, and development benefits, many people applied with future value in mind, and we will do our best to repay this trust."
Leaders City is being developed on 4BL and 5BL of Cheondong 3 District, Dong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, with a total of 3,463 households. In this sale, 653 households are supplied excluding the priority supply for district residents among 1,328 households in 10 buildings of 4BL with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡.
Leaders City is a station-area complex located in front of Sinheung Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1, providing good accessibility to downtown Daejeon areas such as Dunsan-dong and Eunhaeng-dong. Also, Daejeon Station on the Gyeongbu Line, where KTX and SRT lines pass, is nearby, making travel to major cities including Seoul and Busan convenient. Shopping facilities such as Homeplus, Sei Department Store, and Costco, as well as various convenience facilities like Chungnam National University Hospital and Hanwha Life Eagles Park, are close by, and Cheondong Elementary School is adjacent.
The announcement of winners will be held on the 22nd, and the official contract period will be from December 6 to 11 for six days at the Leaders City model house. The expected move-in date is July 2024.
