[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Asung Daiso announced on the 18th that it is holding a 'Self-Nail Special Exhibition' targeting home beauty enthusiasts, showcasing a total of over 80 products including nail polish, nail strips, and gel nail supplies.

They are selling '1-Minute Nail' and 'Layering Nail,' which add functionality to nail polish and gel nail polish, commonly known as manicure. The 1-Minute Nail, which reduces drying time, contains biotin and keratin ingredients to minimize nail damage, and the Layering Nail is a syrup type that colors transparently, allowing different moods to be created with additional layers.

Gel nail strips are sticker-type nail products that can be easily and quickly applied and cut to create the desired design. A new trend, the semi-cured gel nail strip that is baked, has also been released. It adheres to the nail in a semi-cured state rather than fully cured, minimizing foreign body sensation.
