Signiel Busan Launches Proposal Customized Restaurant Package
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Signiel Busan announced on the 18th that it will introduce the 'Be My Destiny' promotion, allowing proposals at the Chinese restaurant Chao Ran during this month.
Lotte Hotel stated that the proposal package performance at Signiel Busan in the third quarter of this year more than doubled compared to the second quarter. The sea view, private space, course meals, and quarantine measures were analyzed as influential factors, and these were applied to the current promotion as well.
This promotion allows exclusive use of the Chao Ran Suite Room, a private room decorated with floral arrangements for added elegance, enabling proposals in a private setting. From 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the package includes ▲ Chao Ran Special Dinner Course (for 2) ▲ one bottle of Dom P?rignon ▲ pairing Chinese tea ▲ lettering cake.
The dinner course, composed of Chao Ran’s signature dishes, consists of a total of eight courses including assorted dim sum, steamed snow crab with caviar, honey sauce pork barbecue, Cantonese-style lobster noodles, and a special dessert. Prices start from 2,300,000 KRW.
Meanwhile, Chao Ran is designed with an exotic concept that recreates the glamorous atmosphere of 1920s Hong Kong. Michelin-starred chef Li Ziliang, who elevated 'Hakkasan London' and 'Park Chinois' to the ranks of London’s top restaurants, was in charge of the overall planning from concept development to menu curation.
A Lotte Hotel official said, "Demand for hotel fine dining to celebrate special occasions remains steady," adding, "We will do our best to impress customers with the delicate service that only Signiel Busan can offer."
