Case 5246 was infected through a family relationship with case 5245, and case 5253 was infected via case 5245 as well.
One case, number 5250, related to a construction site in another region, tested positive during a pre-release quarantine test.
Case 5251 was confirmed positive after testing upon entry into the country from the United States.
The infection routes for cases 5245 and 5252 have not yet been identified.
