[Asia Economy Kim Hyun-jun, Golf Specialist Reporter] "New design with advanced technology."
Titleist has released four types of next-generation T-Series irons (T100, T100·S, T200, T300) after two years. It is interesting that compared to previous models, D18 high-density tungsten has been inserted into the heel and toe. This leads to a high moment of inertia (MOI) and a low center of gravity, resulting in exceptional forgiveness and superior distance. It is famous as the new weapon of 'Shriners Champ' Im Sung-jae (23), Kim Joo-hyung (19), Jordan Spieth, and Jessica Korda (all from the United States).
The T100 (photo) is currently used by the most tour players worldwide. "It was designed to deliver the best performance no matter which model golfers of all levels choose," they explained. The sole design, developed in collaboration with Bob Vokey's wedge design team, catches the eye. The forged dual cavity method is perfect for precise ball flight and distance control. The muscle channel added to the T100·S acts as a force for faster ball speed and higher launch angle.
The new Max Impact 2.0 applied to the T200 and T300 creates maximum speed even on off-center shots. The sleek design with chrome finish provides high durability and a luxurious appearance, creating a premium image. "Modern design, new materials, advanced manufacturing methods, and more precise performance establish the status of the 'number 1' tour iron," they proudly said, "and the various lines have expanded the range of choices for golfers."
