Strict Completion of Current Tasks Without Missing Deadlines Urged

On the morning of the 5th, the county held an executive meeting chaired by Mayor Seo, where reports were given on important pending projects to be promoted by each department, and cooperation among departments was secured for smooth project implementation.
Mayor Seo said, “Thanks to the active cooperation of our staff, the expo seems to be proceeding smoothly without any issues,” and added, “Please make efforts to ensure the remaining events proceed without any setbacks through thorough preparation so that the expo can conclude successfully.”
He continued, “With COVID-19 spreading nationwide and social distancing extended for two more weeks until the 17th, this is a time when we must not let our guard down,” emphasizing, “We must actively promote social distancing and quarantine rules so that all residents can participate actively.”
In addition, Mayor Seo requested thorough attention to current pending tasks such as establishing the 2022 work plan and budget, preparing for the 265th extraordinary session, increasing population, assisting with rural labor in the second half of the year, and integrity evaluations.
Mayor Seo stated, “Although the workload is heavy due to the expo and COVID-19 support duties, it is necessary to complete the pending tasks thoroughly without missing the timing,” and added, “Please make greater efforts with more thorough quarantine activities and a proactive attitude for the successful hosting of the expo and the happiness of the residents.”
