HDC Hyundai Development Company is gaining industry attention by continuously expanding its complex urban development projects.
According to industry sources on the 29th, HDC Hyundai Development Company is currently promoting large-scale complex urban development projects in prime locations within Seoul, including the Kwangwoon University Station area, Yongsan Railroad Hospital site, and Gongneung Station area.
The Kwangwoon University Station area development project is a new-concept urban space project with mixed functions such as residential, office, retail, and cultural facilities around Kwangwoon University Station in Wolgye-dong 85-7, Nowon-gu, Seoul. The company aims to establish this area as a new economic hub in the northeastern region. Through this project, the company plans to present a future residential culture integrated with consumer-centered programs and create a smart urban space that aligns with contactless consumption patterns.
The Yongsan Railroad Hospital site development project involves developing a 10,948㎡ site located at 65-154 Hangangno 3-ga, Yongsan-gu. The main building of the Yongsan Railroad Hospital on the site will be remodeled into the Yongsan History Museum, while the remaining area will be developed for mixed-use purposes.
Additionally, through the Gongneung Station area development project, HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to create a compact city near Gongneung Station on Line 7, featuring around 400 residential units along with cultural, sports, and startup facilities.
