Dong-Eui University held the '2020 Academic Year Evening Graduate School of Real Estate Master's Degree Conferment Ceremony' at 11 a.m. on September 25th in the Prime Seminar Room on the first floor of the Creative Hall.
The event, which was postponed due to the escalation of social distancing measures, was attended by the faculty of the Graduate School of Real Estate and 29 graduates of the 2nd class.
The ceremony proceeded in the order of introduction of the Graduate School of Real Estate's history, degree conferment, presentation of a commemorative plaque to the dean, awarding of merit plaques, and presentation of souvenirs from the alumni association and student council.
Kang Jeong-gyu, dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate, said, "I congratulate the graduates who have enhanced their competitiveness through the five-semester degree program and are taking a step forward toward another path of success."
Dean Kang also delivered a greeting, saying, "As graduates of the 2nd class of Dong-Eui University Graduate School of Real Estate, I hope you take pride and achieve what you aspire to."
The Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University offers three majors in the master's degree program: Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development and Construction, and Real Estate Asset Management (with an admission quota of 40 students), and separately operates a Real Estate Investment and Financial Technology course (1 year, 2 semesters).
