[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 28th that it will expand the operation of the ‘Bojo-geum24’ service, which allows users to check various government services and benefits provided by the government at a glance with just a Government24 login.
Bojo-geum24 is a customized guidance service that enables citizens to check the government benefits they are eligible for online and offline through ‘Government24’ without having to visit administrative agencies individually.
Online, users can access the service by logging in through the Government24 website or the Government24 app on mobile and then selecting the Bojo-geum24 menu.
Offline, users can visit the nearest eup/myeon administrative welfare center, submit an application form with their ID, and receive the same guidance as online.
Since April, users have been able to receive information on 305 types of services provided by central government ministries.
The county plans to expand services to include local government-specific services by December and services from related and public institutions next year.
Bojo-geum24 offers services categorized by fields such as ▲welfare ▲employment ▲agriculture and fisheries, and by beneficiary types such as ▲basic livelihood security recipients ▲low-income groups including near-poverty class ▲elderly ▲disabled ▲pregnant women and infants.
A county official stated, “We will do our best to promote Bojo-geum24 so that cases where people miss out on benefits despite meeting the service requirements no longer occur.”
