Korea Investment & Securities - Law Firm Won MOU... Ultra-High Net Worth Client Consulting

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 28th that it signed a business agreement with the law firm Won on the 27th to provide legal consulting services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Through this agreement, Korea Investment & Securities will offer systematic legal consulting services such as inheritance and gift tax, corporate establishment advice, and real estate contract review to clients of GWM, which is responsible for comprehensive asset management services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Korea Investment & Securities plans to enhance the expertise of its family office by collaborating with law firms that have extensive advisory experience in inheritance planning, gifting, guardianship, and testamentary trusts, which are in high demand among ultra-high-net-worth clients. Last month, it also signed a legal consulting business agreement with the law firm Barun.
