Paradise City Hosts 'Autumn Gourmet Festa' Promotion Paradise City On The Plate, 'Nice to MEAT You, Hong Kong' Promotion.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise City announced on the 27th that it will hold the 'Autumn Gourmet Festa' promotion, where visitors can enjoy a variety of new autumn special menus ranging from Italian chef’s health-boosting course meals using local specialties to popular Hong Kong dishes and seasonal fruit beverages.

The Italian restaurant 'La Scala' presents the 'Night with Secret Garden' promotion featuring bokbunja (Korean black raspberry) and eel, representative specialties of Gochang, Jeonbuk Province. This dinner course promotion is composed of health-boosting dishes that enhance immunity during autumn. It combines local specialties with unique Italian recipes. Starting with an amuse-bouche to whet the appetite, the course includes polenta cream with eel enhanced by pomegranate and balsamic, pumpkin soup, homemade truffle tagliarin, bokbunja sherbet, barley risotto, flower sirloin served with Mediterranean sauce and grilled vegetables, followed by dessert. This menu is available until November.

'Lounge Paradise' is running the 'Sweet Autumn' promotion offering seasonal fruit beverages. Until November, customers can enjoy persimmon milk tea and pomegranate ade, featuring autumn delicacies persimmon and pomegranate. A red wine-based cocktail called 'Romantic Autumn' is also available.

The buffet restaurant 'On the Plate' is conducting the 'Nice to Meat You, Hong Kong' promotion until next month, where guests can taste representative Hong Kong street food. The menu includes Cantonese-style char siu grilled with Iberico pork, Cantonese-style duck with a light flavor after removing excess fat, and crispy pork belly with a crunchy skin and tender meat. Milk tea that pairs well with the menu is also provided.

Along with autumn gourmet delights, visitors can enjoy a special art exhibition. The media art exhibition 'INSCAPE ? Voyage to Hidden Landscape' by Canadian media artist Herman Kolgen runs until February 6 next year. This largest-ever exhibition features a total of eight works, from the artist’s world premiere new pieces to large-scale signature works. Paradise City guests and Paradise paid and free membership holders can view the exhibition free of charge.
