A Man in His 20s Who Escaped Prison Surrenders at Hanam Police Station, Gyeonggi

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] On the afternoon of the 25th, a man in his 20s, Mr. A, who escaped while waiting to be admitted at the main gate of Uijeongbu Prison in Gyeonggi Province, surrendered to the police.

According to the police on the 26th, Mr. A came to Hanam Police Station with his father around 8:20 PM that day and surrendered.

The police plan to transfer Mr. A to Uijeongbu to investigate the circumstances of his escape.
