On the 26th, Shinsegae Food employees introduced an eco-friendly mushroom cultivation kit made from coffee grounds at the Italian restaurant ‘Vecchia e Nuovo’ inside the Shinsegae Department Store main branch in Jung-gu, Seoul. The eco-friendly mushroom cultivation kit, presented by Shinsegae Food to share the meaning of resource reuse with consumers, is made by collecting coffee grounds used to make coffee at the ‘Vecchia e Nuovo’ store, allowing households to easily grow oyster mushrooms. Starting from the 26th, the kit will be given to customers who dine for over 70,000 KRW at Vecchia e Nuovo locations in the Shinsegae Department Store main branch, Gangnam branch, and Daejeon branch.
