The Dining Industry Welcomes Fall with Popular 'Exotic Sensation' New Menu Items

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] With the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic making travel difficult these days, 'food trips'?seeking healing through exotic cuisine instead of going abroad?have become a trend. The dining industry is focusing on satisfying consumers' travel desires by launching new menus that capture the tastes and flavors of exotic destinations for the autumn season.

◆“Adding cost-effectiveness to premium Chinese cuisine”… Mom's Touch ‘Yuringi Boneless Chicken’ = Mom's Touch recently launched ‘Yuringi Boneless Chicken,’ a crispy boneless chicken reinterpreted with Chinese flavors. It is served with fresh salad, embodying the sensibility of well-being chicken. The premium Chinese dish Yuringi, usually sold at Chinese restaurants for 20,000 to 30,000 KRW, is now available for around 10,000 KRW (retail price 14,900 KRW).

The Yuringi Boneless Chicken features Mom's Touch’s unique ‘spicy seasoning’ recipe, combining crispy boneless chicken with crunchy fresh vegetables and a tangy, spicy special Yuringi sauce to create a rich texture and refreshing flavor. The boneless chicken, vegetables, and special Yuringi sauce are each packaged separately, allowing customers to enjoy various styles according to their preferences?from soft and moist ‘pouring sauce’ style to crispy ‘dipping sauce’ style.

Mom's Touch is offering a free Ottogi ‘Jjajangmyeon (uncooked ramen)’ on a first-come, first-served basis to all customers who purchase Yuringi Boneless Chicken until the end of next month.

To celebrate the launch of Yuringi Boneless Chicken, the ‘Mom’s Banjeom Event’ is being held across all channels including stores and delivery. Until the end of next month, Yuringi Boneless Chicken is offered at a discounted price of 13,900 KRW (1,000 KRW off), and when ordered via the Mom's Touch app, a double discount applies, reducing the price to 12,900 KRW (2,000 KRW off).
