KEPCO KPS Holds Extraordinary General Meeting to Appoint Kim Woo-gyeom as Outside Director

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] KEPCO KPS announced on the 23rd that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 8th of next month at its headquarters in Naju, Jeonnam, to reappoint Outside Director Kim Woo-gyeom.

Director Kim Woo-gyeom is a former Vice President of Korea Electric Power Corporation and served as a full-time advisor at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction. He currently serves as a director of Hwashin Powertech and an outside director of KEPCO KPS.
