[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Food Empire, a brand operated by comprehensive food company Ourhome, announced on the 23rd that it has launched three new autumn menus featuring cheese.
Food Empire releases special seasonal menus under the annual concept of opening a "Taste Restaurant." Last spring, it introduced the "Meat Restaurant" for energy recovery, and in summer, the "New Restaurant" to revive appetites tired from the heat. Now, it is opening the third, the "Cheese Restaurant." This time, to welcome the "season of gourmet" autumn, it launched cheese-based menus that allow customers to fully enjoy rich and savory flavors.
The new menus include ▲Snow Cheese Cordon Bleu King Pork Cutlet ▲Double Cheese Beef Ball Pizza ▲Corn Cheese Stir-fried Jjukkumi Set Meal, totaling three items. Various types of cheese such as mozzarella, cheddar, and emmental were used to add a savory flavor to the dishes.
The "Snow Cheese Cordon Bleu King Pork Cutlet" is a menu suitable for all ages. Inside the king pork cutlet topped with snow cheese, mozzarella cheese is combined with bacon, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and corn. Instead of the usual demi-glace sauce, it is served with a spicy special tomato sauce.
The "Double Cheese Beef Ball Pizza" features a rich cheese aroma with mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Additionally, beef balls made from 100% beef patties in collaboration with its handmade burger brand Burger Hunter enhance the texture and taste. The "Corn Cheese Stir-fried Jjukkumi Set Meal" is a dish where spicy seasoned stir-fried jjukkumi is dipped into corn cheese fondue.
The autumn "Cheese Restaurant" menus are available at six locations, including Food Empire IFC Mall branch.
An Ourhome official said, "To stimulate consumers' appetites for autumn, we have introduced the Cheese Restaurant that adds flavor to familiar tastes," and added, "We will strive to develop new menus to provide diverse gourmet experiences to customers visiting Food Empire."
