KB Kookmin Bank and Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, 'Dolbom Pay' Launch Event

Mobile App Simple Payment Service and Chat Service Launch

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 17th that it held an opening event for ‘Dolbom Pay’ to facilitate payment for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’s childcare service.

The ‘Dolbom Pay’ opening event held in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’s main conference room was attended by Huh In, President of KB Kookmin Bank, Jung Young-ae, Minister of Gender Equality and Family, and related officials.

This event commemorated the launch of the services ‘Dolbom Pay’ and ‘Dolbom Toktok,’ promoted through a business agreement signed in April between KB Kookmin Bank, the main bank for the childcare project, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and shared the project’s achievements.

Dolbom Pay is a service implemented for use in the childcare mobile app, enabling ‘real-time payment and transaction history confirmation’ as well as ‘issuance of cash receipts.’ Dolbom Toktok is a service that allows chatting between two different apps, where users can request childcare and communicate in real time with one or multiple childcare providers through the user app to the childcare provider app. Detailed information such as installation methods for the childcare mobile app can be found on the childcare service homepage.

KB Kookmin Bank will hold the event ‘Mom and Dad, cheer up! There’s Dolbom Pay~’ from the 23rd to November 19th, offering various prizes. Going forward, the two organizations plan to support specialized financial services and strengthen their joint cooperation in various fields with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
