Korea Mizuno, Pro Series Iron "Another Masterpiece"

‘The Birth of a New Premium Iron’.

Korea Mizuno has newly introduced three types of irons in the ‘Pro (Mizuno Pro) Series’. According to the manufacturer, "It inherits the distinctive classic muscle-back design while offering differentiated head materials, design, and hitting feel." The manufacturing process called ‘Grain Flow Forged (GFF) HD’ has been applied. High-density single grain lines are concentrated on the face surface where impact occurs from the head to the neck, preserving the uniform particles of mild steel to provide the best feel.

The core feature is the ‘4 Layered Head Design’, which places a soft and thin copper layer between the existing chrome and nickel materials. This emphasizes a heavy yet soft hitting feel and control performance. It is impressive that the center of gravity distance of the head was shortened by actively reflecting the opinions of PGA Tour players. The compact head length and agile topline shape also enhance the maneuverability of the head during play.

The Pro 221 has a carbon and impurity content of less than 0.3%. The ‘Reverse Tapered Blade’ shape, which becomes thicker toward the top, stands out. Mirror chrome plating and satin finishing add a touch of luxury. The Pro 223 is a cavity back iron that also improves distance performance. The Pro 225 features a hollow structure that enhances forgiveness and distance performance. They will be simultaneously released in Korea and Japan on the 15th of next month.
