They are enhancing work efficiency and job satisfaction.
#Yeji C&C, a digital marketing specialist company, developed a sales statistics system (SMP) to complete a fair performance management system. They are accelerating the advancement of work systems by implementing a free seating system.
#APR, a cosmetics and fashion company, introduced a 'self-approval vacation system' to encourage employees to take vacations freely. Starting with the IT business division, they are expanding the abolition of rank systems to create a horizontal organizational culture.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor announced on the 16th the selection of 42 'Work Innovation Incentive Excellent Companies' that receive exceptional benefits such as exemption from labor inspections during selection.
According to the incentive system implemented since 2019, companies selected as excellent work innovation companies receive benefits such as exemption from regular labor inspections, preferential interest rates, support for building work innovation infrastructure, preferential treatment in various government support projects, and consulting from on-site support teams. Work system innovation, along with job competency education systems, is considered one of the few means to increase productivity in an era of low birth rates and aging populations.
According to the Ministry of Employment, the selected excellent companies this time realized efforts in personnel and organizational management innovation such as activation of flexible work systems and vacations, support for work-family balance, utilization of IT-based collaboration systems, establishment of performance systems, and the spread of a culture of respect and consideration. The first round of excellent companies was selected this time, and after the second round of recruitment, more excellent companies will be selected in November.
