Shindong Presses Button and Escapes After Sudden Gunfire: "I Didn't Know I Was That Fast" on 'Great Escape 4'

[Asia Economy Online Issue Team] Shin Dong was startled by the sudden and ruthless shooting by Baeksahoe.

On the 12th episode of tvN's 'Great Escape 4,' the escapees Kang Ho-dong, Kim Jong-min, Kim Dong-hyun, Shin Dong, Yoo Byung-jae, and P.O continued their mission from last week to find biochemical weapons.

In the previous 'Great Escape 4' episode, the escapees received a mission from the secret security organization SSA (Secret Security Association) to defuse bombs installed in the Third Industrial Complex. The escapees had to stop the villainous Baeksahoe, who intended to deliberately spread biochemical weapons to sell their drugs.

The escapees moved to Building G using the external stairs on the 2nd floor of Building D to find weapon cases on the rooftop and 4th floor of Building G. During their movement, they were suddenly attacked by a bomb terror. Singer Shin Dong explained the situation, saying, "I was surprised because a bomb suddenly exploded. From that moment, I thought Baeksahoe was after us." Singer Kim Jong-min showed a frightened expression, saying, "Was that gun chasing us?"

The escapees, terrified, barely crossed the connecting bridge and discovered the biochemical weapons. Manual team members Kang Ho-dong and Yoo Byung-jae focused on solving the problem. Yoo Byung-jae said, "It seems like you move along each line," and solved the answer for the first bag in Building G. While P.O and Shin Dong were defusing the bag following Yoo Byung-jae's instructions, Baeksahoe raided the scene.

P.O and Shin Dong hid to avoid Baeksahoe's gunfire. Shin Dong recalled the harrowing moment, saying, "Just as I was about to press the final confirmation button, I thought something terrible was about to happen, so I immediately pressed the red button, confirmed it was off, and then ran away," adding, "I didn't know I was that fast."

Meanwhile, 'Great Escape 4' is an adventure variety show unfolding in an expanded universe and stages that transcend time and space. Starring Kang Ho-dong, Kim Jong-min, Kim Dong-hyun, Shin Dong, Yoo Byung-jae, and P.O, it airs every Sunday at 10:40 PM.
