On the 10th, a video titled "An Actress Shares Unbelievable Drama Set Stories" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Wayland.' In the video, when asked about the most difficult time during her acting career, Heo Yi-jae expressed her feelings, saying, "It was when I became an emotional trash bin even though I did nothing wrong."
Heo Yi-jae shared her hardships during her acting career, explaining, "There was a scene where I was slapped," and added, "The co-actor came to the shoot wearing a wedding ring that day." She continued, saying that even though the director suggested the co-actor remove the ring, "he filmed the next scene in advance while still wearing the ring," so they proceeded with the shoot as it was. Heo Yi-jae recalled, "The co-actor said, 'I will hit you all at once because it feels bad to be hit multiple times,' and hit me with a 'full swing.' It really hurt."
Additionally, Heo Yi-jae said, "There is a male actor who was the decisive reason for my retirement," and added, "But since he is married, I think telling this would ruin his family." She also revealed that the problematic married male actor said things like, "Why don't you contact oppa on your days off?" and "People say that when they watch our drama, it doesn't seem like we're lovers. To look like lovers between a man and a woman, you have to sleep together," along with hurling insults at her.
