[Asia Economy Online Issue Team] YouTuber Yu Kkaetnip recently shared her experience after undergoing plastic surgery.
On the 5th, Yu Kkaetnip posted on her Instagram story a photo with the phrase "Plastic Surgery Review" along with the caption, "Ta-da... Surprised, right? It's real, hehe."
In the revealed photo, Yu Kkaetnip appeared with a slightly smoother jawline compared to before, sparking curiosity. On the same day, she shared a review of her breast augmentation and facial fat grafting on her YouTube channel, confirming the plastic surgery.
The next morning (6th), as netizens' reactions heated up, Yu Kkaetnip said, "Many people are asking which hospital I went to, but I'm sorry," adding, "I can't share it personally. I was very satisfied, and I want to tell those who want to know, but they said absolutely not."
She also added, "However, the implant I had surgery with is Motiva."
Netizens who saw Yu Kkaetnip's photos responded with various comments such as, "Kkaetnip unnie looks so refreshing. Confessing to plastic surgery without any pretense," and "Looking at the photos, it seems like her face has changed slightly."
Meanwhile, Yu Kkaetnip married fellow YouTuber Choi Ggi in 2016 and gave birth to their daughter Solip. However, they divorced in April last year. After the divorce, the two appeared on TV Chosun's variety show 'We Got Divorced' (Woihon) to discuss reconciliation, but ultimately went their separate ways. Nonetheless, they promised to do their best as parents for their daughter Solip.
