Construction of a 200 Billion KRW Golf Course (27 Holes) and Hotel·Condo
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam, signed an investment business agreement (MOU) with CEO Yoon Mi-ran of Bana Co., Ltd. on the 31st at the Hapcheon-gun Office small conference room regarding the 'Bana Resort (tentative name) Development Project.'
The signing ceremony was held through the Hapcheon-gun Investment Attraction Committee to facilitate the smooth progress of the 'Bana Resort Development Project.'
Through this agreement, both organizations plan to make their best efforts based on mutual trust to successfully complete the project.
The 'Bana Resort Development Project' is a private investment project with a budget of 200 billion KRW, covering approximately 1.54 million square meters (470,000 pyeong) in Daejeon-ri, Gaya-myeon, Hapcheon-gun, to develop a golf course (27 holes), hotel, and condos.
The county evaluated that Daejeon-ri, Gaya-myeon, the project site, has excellent accessibility via highways, being 10 to 20 minutes away from Haeinsa Interchange and Goryeong Interchange, and boasts beautiful natural scenery, making it an excellent location for a resort.
They also explained that the project is expected to greatly contribute to regional development by creating jobs and revitalizing the local economy based on the resort development.
Moon Jun-hee, Mayor of Hapcheon-gun, stated, "We will concentrate all administrative power to cooperate so that the project can proceed quickly," and urged, "Bana Co., Ltd.'s decision to invest in our county is an excellent choice, and we ask that you continue to invest generously in the future."
