To mark the first anniversary, all customers who newly join the Club Josun Rewards free membership by September 30, including existing membership customers, will receive a "1st Anniversary 10,000 KRW Discount Coupon" that can be used immediately upon on-site payment at rooms and restaurants of nine hotels operated by Chosun Hotel & Resort. When paying 300,000 KRW, 600,000 KRW, or 900,000 KRW or more on-site at hotel restaurants, discount coupons worth 10,000 KRW, 20,000 KRW, and 30,000 KRW respectively, which can be used later, are provided. These can be used together with the 1st Anniversary 10,000 KRW Discount Coupon. J Points, which accumulate at a rate of 1% based on the total payment amount, can also be earned.
To allow customers to experience various hotels of Chosun Hotel & Resort, a special promotion selling ultra-discounted accommodation vouchers limited to the first 300 rooms per hotel is also underway.
The accommodation vouchers, valid for stays from September to December, are sold starting from the low 60,000 KRW range and can be purchased up to three per member through the official Chosun Hotel & Resort website or application. Using the 1st Anniversary 10,000 KRW Discount Coupon together with the hotel-specific 10,000 KRW discount coupon issued immediately upon joining the Rewards membership allows an additional discount of up to 20,000 KRW on the special price, providing greater price benefits.
Special benefits are also prepared for new VIP membership customers. When newly joining the VIP tiers?Premier, Gold, or Platinum memberships?the annual fee is paid back as J Points that can be used like cash at all restaurants of Chosun Hotel & Resort.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the first anniversary, a "Hit the Jackpot" event is being held to express gratitude to customers by giving various gifts such as accommodation vouchers, restaurant discount coupons, additional J Points accumulation, and Club Josun 1st Anniversary handmade candies to a total of 2,000 people.
Scratch coupons will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to guests staying at the nine hotels until September 30. By entering the number printed on the coupon on the Chosun Hotel & Resort website or app under the "Hit the Jackpot Check Winning" section in the MY PAGE coupon download area, customers can check if they have won.
"Club Josun" is an integrated membership program operated by Chosun Hotel & Resort and is available at nine hotels including Chosun Palace, Grand Josun, L’Escape, Gravity?Chosun Hotel & Resort’s own brands?as well as Westin Josun and Four Points by Sheraton Josun.
The free program "Rewards," which provides 1% point accumulation and member-exclusive benefits when using restaurants upon membership registration, includes basic benefits of Club Josun Rewards such as nine 10,000 KRW room discount coupons per hotel and one welcome drink voucher (usable during stay) upon new registration.
The paid service "Club Josun VIP" is offered in four styles: Premier (annual fee 300,000 KRW), Gold (annual fee 600,000 KRW), Platinum (annual fee 1,000,000 KRW), and Black (annual fee 2,100,000 KRW). Members can enjoy various benefits tailored to their lifestyle by tier, including free accommodation vouchers, cash vouchers, and 30% restaurant discount coupons. However, the Black tier is available only to members with a history of paid membership registration and requires separate consultation for enrollment.
